Transform Patient Care with Integrative Psychiatry — One Step at a Time.
The Integrative Psychiatry Incubator is a high yield training system designed to cut through complexity and information overwhelm to provide you with clear, actionable steps you can implement in your patient care immediately.
Integrative psychiatry promotes both wisdom and balance
It's not about choosing between traditional/Western medicine and alternative therapies, but rather blending the best of both worlds.
This approach doesn't just treat symptoms, it addresses the whole person, the root of the problem, and provides transformational results for patients.
Unfortunately, western medicine training programs still aren't teaching these concepts yet.
Hi, I'm Elana Miller, MD, and I developed the Integrative Psychiatry Incubator.
I'm an integrative psychiatrist and 2x cancer survivor based out of Los Angeles, California.
I received my B.A. in psychology at Harvard University before studying medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, where I graduated with AOA Honors.
I completed my psychiatry residency training at the University of California, Los Angeles, where I was nominated as a UCLA Exceptional Physician and served as the first chief resident of the Resident Psychotherapy Program.
Why I started the Incubator:
I was inspired to create the Incubator program by what I felt was a dearth of approachable resources to learning integrative psychiatry.
Most other programs out there either focus on integrative medicine as a whole (and not psychiatry specifically), or do focus on psychiatry specifically but are either too broad or too advanced.
Even with fellowship training, or other advanced online training programs, I've found that clinicians still feel that they lack the tools or confidence to apply integrative psychiatry in real-world settings.
I truly hope by making a better program that is both approachable and comprehensive, I am helping promote a more holistic view of psychiatry and empowering other providers to practice in this more wise and balanced way.
The Integrative Psychiatry Incubator is a high-yield training system designed for busy clinicians who want to:
✅ Offer more than just “standard of care” psychiatry
✅ Learn high-yield interventions that can be implemented immediately
✅ Build confidence in your ability to personalize treatment plans
✅ Develop the skillset to think critically and make effective treatment decisions
✅ Retain patients for services you’re currently referring to clinical providers for
And learn through a system designed to give you the skills to implement in your patient care on DAY 1
(without having to sift through hours of lectures and piece together your own protocols)
Inside of the Incubator, we equip clinicians with the tools and methodologies to master integrative psychiatry. Our approach focuses on:
➔ Building skills overtime rather than memorizing facts
➔ Teaching interventions by diagnosis, in the order in which you would apply them with patients
➔ Real world application over learning theoretical concepts
…WITHOUT overwhelming you with unnecessary information, WITHOUT requiring a lengthy fellowship, WITHOUT leaving you to figure out how to apply integrative psychiatry on your own, and WITHOUT adding complexity to your practice.
So you can deliver exceptional care and see real patient improvement, faster.
“The program has been hugely beneficial influence on my approach to client care. I am able to be so much more holistic and offer so many more approaches in my tool kit that fits with the preference and needs for the individual client.”
- Practicing Psychiatrist
"I am more knowledgeable about the full spectrum of treatment approaches that I can offer to patients. I feel empowered to research alternatives and do not limit myself to only medication management.”

How Integrative Psychiatry Incubator Works
This program is a highly organized training system that breaks down complex theoretical concepts into high-impact training curriculum.
A system concept inspired by karate where mastery is achieved through a series of levels, or "belts."
In martial arts, mastery is achieved through a series of "belts." You begin with foundational skills (Level I: White Belt) and progressively advance through higher levels, working your way toward full mastery—Black Belt.
To advance, you must master the essential competencies at each level before moving on to the next.
The Integrative Psychiatry Incubator is designed with the same "belt" system.
The program is divided into eight levels designed to help you master an integrative skillset overtime, one step at a time.
Each level of the program is methodically structured so that the curriculum builds on what you've already learned, and is intended to be followed in a linear order.
Each practitioner will start at Level 1: White Belt and advance their way through the program once mastery is achieved at each level.

How the Incubator Compares to Other Programs
Methodical Approach To Curriculum
No need to sift through dozens of modules and unorganized lectures to find what you need.
Each module is organized by treating diagnoses, not learning modalities in a vacuum with no application.
Real Patient Cases
It's one thing to learn about a concept, it's another to apply it to a patient sitting in front of you.
Each module includes clinical case studies so you can watch how protocols are applied in real patient cases as you’re learning.
Reference Library
A highly organized reference library with the specifics: mechanism of action, clinical uses, dosing guidelines, and potential side effects, ensuring that you can confidently recommend and incorporate these tools in your patient care.
